AMITAN Pro casing is a monolayer plastic smoke-permeable casing.

AMITAN Pro casing is designed for production of all types of cooked sausages and hams where smoking (smoke-heating) is needed. Using this type of casing enables you to make products with traditional organoleptic properties typical of products made in natural, collagen, and cellulose casings.
AMITAN Pro casing is manufactured using original technology and according to the Technical Regulations 2290-011-27147091-2000 from mixes of the high quality polyamides that were specially designed for “ATLANTIS-PAK” company by the leading polymer manufacturers.

AMITAN Pro casing features the following properties:
• Smoke permeability;
• High mechanical strength and elasticity;
• Low permeability to oxygen and water vapours;
• High temperature resistance;
• Resistance to fungi and bacteria impact.

AMITAN Pro casing combines advantages of both barrier and permeable casings, which comprise the following:
easy-to-use feature; possibility to operate this casing on all types of the existing filling equipment; high operation speed, simple preparation and storage;

Extended shelf life of end products in AMITAN Pro casing is as follows:
For cooked sausages manufactured according to State Standard GOST R 52196-2003
- 6 days for AMITAN Pro and AMITAN Pro-M types
- 20 days for AMITAN Pro-U
For semidry sausages manufactured according to State Standard GOST 16920-86 and 16351-86
- 60 days for AMITAN Pro-U

High meat sausage capacity and low water losses during heat processing and storage make application of this casing more beneficial;

AMITAN Pro-Sinuga Ko 500 50-80 6 This type is used for a ring-shape sausage
AMITAN Pro-Stretch
500 50-70 6 This type is used for products in the shape of a bladder. High level of elasticity enables to overstuff it by 100%.

Available colors of AMITAN Pro: clear, cream, light-brown, brown, dark-brown, vinous, red, pink, gold, orange, red-orange, white, black, smoke, light-smoke, salmon, light brown 1.
Exclusive colors not enlisted above can be made on demand.

The casing can be single/double side printed. Printing color range is between 1 and 6 colors. Full color printing is also available.
The casing is supplied in rolls (1000m per roll) or shirred (38 m or 50 m per strand).
